Job SummaryThe Maintenance Account Manager position is responsible for day-to-day sales and customer service operations of the Company for the Maintenance Division. The position is responsible for achieving sales as well as maintaining a pipeline of new and repeat business, aligning and contributing to the Company’s Sales Goals for the future. This position will also help with estimates, contract renewals, marketing campaigns, as well as help with customer service needs as they arise.

Essential Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 5 years of Sales and Customer Service experience
• 5 years of Green Industry/Landscape experience
• Experience working with Commercial and Industrial Customers
• Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and administer insightful market research protocols
• Capacity to sustain consequential working relationships
• Cautiously optimistic, personable, and resolute
• An arsenal of brilliant sales techniques that you are eager to share
• Proficient in team collaboration, verbal and written communication
• Must be a highly energetic, punctual self-starter
• Collaboration experience but comfortable working alone or without supervision
• Must be able to display a positive “can do” attitude at all times, especially under tight deadlines
• Displays unquestionable ethics, integrity, responsibility, and dependability while not displaying negative, belligerent, or mean-spirited behaviors
• Understanding of Landscape related mathematical functions, including measuring spaces, configuring elevations, and calculating material quantities and specifications
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices
• Proficient in use of computers and software applications, smart phones, or data-enabled devices
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in sometimes harsh weather conditions, sometimes near heavy equipment and construction activities
• Ability to work flexible working hours to accommodate customer appointments and meetings
• Able to pass a background check in accordance with state and federal laws
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured on company policy

Bonus Points if You Have These

• Bilingual – English and Spanish
• Experience working with Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Property Managers.
• Knowledge or the ability to learn software programs as follows: HubSpot, SingleOp’s, Ninety.IO, and Basecamp
